Jio vs Airtel vs BSNL : IPL Recharge Packs 2018

Telecom operators like Reliance Jio, Airtel, and BSNL have come with IPL offers for cricket fans. A slew of offers of telecom companies provide additional data benefits and access to IPL 2018 matches. Jio IPL offers include a new recharge plan along with streaming of IPL matches on Jio TV app. The packs introduced by Airtel and BSNL also aim to provide users live stream of IPL matches at affordable price.



Jio IPL Offers:

Reliance Jio was the first to introduce a special cricket pack. JIO IPL offers include cricket season pack at Rs 251. It offers 102 GB of data during the duration of IPL 2018. Jio subscribers can recharge with the cricket season pack to live stream all matches of the cricket league. The live stream on Jio TV app without paying any extra charges.

Jio IPL recharge pack is available on MyJio app, Jio.com, and Jio offline retailers. The new prepaid plan targets cricket enthusiasts with access to live matches on mobile throughout the duration of 51 days.

"Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan live" cricket comedy show exclusively aired on JioTV. The show features popular cricketing stars as well as TV personalities. The Mukesh Ambani led company is providing users chance to win exciting prizes as well with play along cricket game on MyJio app.

Airtel IPL Offer

Airtel subscribers can also live stream IPL via the Airtel TV app. The telecom operator is providing live streaming of IPL via Hotstar on its mobile app. Hotstar is the official streaming partner of Indian Premier League matches 2018. The "All Sports Pack" on Hotstar is available for Rs 299 a year. Airtel users need to download Airtel Live TV app on phone and register using their mobile number to start watching IPL matches for free.

Airtel offer is for both prepaid and postpaid customers of the company. However, the users need to pay for data incurred while streaming on Airtel TV app.

Meanwhile, telecom giant Airtel has introduced a new Rs 249 plan that offers 2GB data per day over a period of 28 days. Earlier, the company had added Rs 449 and 649 plans for prepaid users

BSNL IPL Pack

BSNL IPL pack offers 153 GB data for prepaid users. The Rs 248 recharge pack has a daily data cap of 3GB. BSNP IPL plan’s validity is 51 days which is for entire duration of the cricket league. State-run telecom operator is for subscribers who wish to watch IPL matches on their smartphones. This offer is only valid for prepaid subscribers for a limited duration.

The exciting offers of telecom operators lure the customers this cricket season. Although all the recharge plans are for cricket fans to live stream the upcoming season of IPL.  There are some notable differences between all three recharge plans.

Jio subscribers have to recharge with the add-on pack of Rs 251 to live stream IPL matches. Airtel is providing access to IPL matches however you need to pay for the data charges or it will be deducted from the data benefits of your recharge plan.

The BSNL IPL pack is totally different as you get 3GB data per day but to watch the matches you will need to subscribe Hotstar All sports pack. The BSNL data pack is cheapest in the market but the operator has only 2G/3G network while Jio and Airtel both offer 4G service.
