About Delivery Status of Jio Phone:

For those who have booked Jio Phone and waiting to receive the device. There is a good news as the company plans to start the delivery around 21 September. If you are from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, or Bangalore you will get the device first. The company will start the delivery in these cities very soon.

For booking the 4G device , there are three options Jio.com, MyJio app, and offline retailers. You only need to give basic details like your phone number and pin code. On booking the 4G feature phone, make an initial payment of Rs. 500. The remaining Rs. 1000 is payable at the time you receive the handset. Jio Phone is available at a refundable security amount of Rs. 1500 which a buyer can claim back after 36 months from purchase.

Transfer for Jio Phone Booking:

Reliance Jio has also given the transfer option where you can reassign your booking to someone else. This option is available under manage bookings in the MyJio app. To transfer your jio Phone booking provide the new user's phone number and delivery pin code. The new user will receive an SMS mentioning their booking.

Jio Phone users get free calls and unlimited data for a month on recharge of Rs. 153. The weekly recharge plan is available for Rs. 54 whereas Rs. 24 pack comes with two days of validity.
